Digital purchases

We will issue refunds for digital purchases that have not been downloaded and/or purchases for which you can provide a valid, verifiable reason for the refund. Please note: refunds can only be issued within 180 days of the original purchase date.

If your digital purchase has audio problems, missing tracks, or another issue that may be solvable with simple coordination with the A NeuRaye of Sunshine Publishing or one of its clients,  first get in touch with  us directly to request that the files or add the missing audio be re-upload. Please see/use the  “Contact Us” 

For everything else, contact us and please provide the following: 

• The reason you are requesting a refund. 
• The item that was purchased
• Your credit card, Apple Pay, and/or Google Pay transaction ID,  if applicable.
